Personal Information Processing Policy

Personal data is protected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.
The app is used exclusively for enterprise on-premises systems, and there are no individual membership procedures.
"The term 'Companie' includes companies and public institutions to which the application has been sold, while 'Organization' refers to a constituent unit within the Enterprise."
The user can disable GPS permission at any time via system settings, which halts all location collection.
However, if access to location information is restricted, the service cannot be used because the session participation and map linkage functions do not work. Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) Personal information required to use the service is processed for real-time GPS-based device location tracking (for command and control). Article 3 (Method of collecting, using, and processing personal information items)

  2. Location information is collected only at the time of session participation, and collection and transmission are automatically stopped at the end of the session.
  3. The collected location information is sent only to the Moculis map server inside the organization.
  4. All data is processed strictly within the organization’s closed internal network and is not transmitted to any external servers or cloud
Article 4 (Protection, Retention Period, and Destruction of Personal Information)
  1. Location data is encrypted and transmitted via internal security protocols to ensure security.
  2. Data access is granted only to personnel who are authorized as administrators of the company.
  3. The retention period and disposal of personal information are subject to the enterprise’s internal security policies and guidelines.
Article 5 (Personal Information Protection Officer) For personal information-related inquiries, complaint handling, and damage relief that occurred while using the service, you can contact the person in charge of personal information protection designated by the company. Article 6 (Method of Relief for Infringement of Rights and Interests) Users can inquire about reports and consultations on personal information infringement through the following institutions.

Article 7 (Effective Date) This 'Personal Information Processing Policy' will take effect from May 30, 2025.
